Google Photos - Create Album and Add Images
Introduction
Google Photos is the clubs preferred method for sharing photographs between club members. We use it to assess photographs taken in response to a club assignment. We can use it to comment (constructively) on other people's photos or to question how it was taken in order to learn from the experience of others.
Google Photos was chosen because
- it is private; we can choose who can see our albums and photos
- It works easily well for mobile users and windows users (and Mac users)
- It is brand agnostic, working on Android, Apple and windows devices.
- It has additional functions built in, search, google lens and basic editing tools.
- These basic tools can be enhanced by purchasing additional storage space (£0.80 per month).
- It provides a first level of backup defence.
To make best use of Google Photos you are advised to organise your photos into albums.
